Der Fluch Ischtars: Enkidu soll sterben
Ischtar verflucht Gilgamesch und Enkidu. Die Götterversammlung
beschließt, dass einer der beiden Freunde sterben muss. Die Wahl fällt
auf Enkidu. Daraufhin erkrankt dieser (VII, 1-36).

The bane of Ishtar: Enkidu shall die
Ishtar curses Gilgamesh and Enkidu. The gods assembly decides that
one of the two friends must die. Enkidu is chosen. Afterwards he gets ill.
